How Can I Place Order on Online Shop it?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the desired options, quantity and click ‘ADD TO CART’. Online Shop it provides free shipping on all over the World. No matter whatever the weight of product. Moreover, there is no minimum limit. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to other categories or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking ‘view’ or ‘edit your cart’. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination.

Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!

How to View & Track Orders?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Bahawalpur. We use various courier services to delivery your order.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from Online Shop it containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact Online Shop it using the Contact Us form or email at Contact@onlineshopit.com.

Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping; simply remove it from “Your Cart”.

What If my Order is Processed, How to Cancel it?

However, once your order has been finalized by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it’s not possible for you to change it. You can however request to cancel it prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. Online Shop it will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make everything right.

What Can I Do After I Login to My Account?

View Order Status – See the status of every order you’ve placed at Online Shop it, including whether it has been shipped, and if so, an optional tracking number.

Completed Orders – See all completed orders you’ve placed at Online Shop it Web Store. You can also print invoices from this page.

Your Address Book – Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.

Account Details – Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.

How do I Know What Weight an Item is?

What do I do if the Item I am Looking for is no Longer Available?

Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up. What is the Payment Currency?

We have installed a Geo locater plugin, it will automatically select your country currency. You may also select it manually.

What Method We Accept?

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, mobile banking, direct bank account deposit and via Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay using a credit card, your card will be debited at the time of you pressing the “Pay for Order” button. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as “Online Shop it”. All credits payments are processed via secure checkout. We do not store your credit card details.

How Secure is My Credit Card & Personal Information?

How you deliver products as Gifts?

What is the delivery time for an online order?

Our standard shipping time for domestic orders is 10 to 15 working days and 25 to 30 working days for international shipments after confirmation of your order.

What to do if I receive damaged product?
