I loved the clock however it came damaged in the shipment. The face was cracked. I was extremely disappointed because I really wanted this clock for my craft room. The seller did promptly refund my money without delay and without problems, so I am satisfied with the customer service and I am giving 5 stars for the great customer service. Maybe they should consider packing the clocks in boxes and bubble wrap….just a suggestion. Thank you for refunding my money.
